Description

Furnished serviced villa with shared swimming pool within a private gated complex with access to your own entrance and your own private lounge, dinning/kitchen area.

The villa is within walking distance to Baastona Total shop (international standard grocery shop). We supply free internet Wifi , satellite tv - GoTv, air condition, backup generator .Transportation 2 minutes walk away with shops. Single bed available at extra cost.

The Villa offers private self-contained area, open- plan space extending into your own private porch area, which is screened to keep out mosquitoes, flies etc. The communal areas including the pool area within the complex are shared with other guest

The Villa is staff 24/7 which means there's always someone on hand to assist with any questions or advice. On check-in there would be staff on hand who will show you round the Villa and handover your keys.

Space

The entire Villa including the porch area, is your own private space. The swimming pool area is a shared space.We have staff on hand 24/7 to call on for assistance. Smoking is permitted in the porche and all outdoor areas.

Other things to note

For electricity - property is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be uploaded with 500 cedis of credit every 7 days for your use. If your electricity consumption exceeds this amount, then the customer will be responsible by paying for more credit as required.

In the interest of fire and safety, with the exception of the fridge freezer, all electrical appliances and lights should be switched off when leaving the property unattended for any length of time.

As in most developing countries, occasionally there may be a power-cut. In the event of a power cut we have standby a generator.

The internet WIFI is inclusive and the speed and data is set up for normal domestic use. However, if you intend to rely on the internet for business or work purposes then declare as you would be responsible for any extra cost involved in any upgraded required to make it suitable for your needs

Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use and bring any issues to the attention of the manager.

Getting around

Uber is available in the area, so you are free to move with ease! Average prices are $4-$5 a trip. There is also a taxi rank and a bus stop a mere 3 minutes walk from the complex where you can catch a ride to other parts of Accra. Or alternatively staff will be able to call for a taxi on your behalf to come inside the complex. On arrival, an official airport taxi taken from the airport is a good way to check-in. Alternatively, if you would prefer an airport pick-up with a reliable hired vehicle, I can arrange that for you. I can also arrange a good full day car service (or more, if you are touring Ghana).

“Amazing”

The villa is beautiful and very spacious. Me and my family had the most amazing time staying there. It was home from home and the staff are so amazing and always on hand to help when asked and always made us feel very comfortable. The staff was also very good towards my daughter. Staying in this beautiful villa allowed me my partner and our daughter to have our own space and really made our first family hoilday amazing. We had so much fun swimming almost everyday. I hope to book the villa in the very near future to stay again. absolutely amazing this is the place to stay in Accra. Thank you to all the staff.

“Really home from home”

The villa offers everything you need in a home. Staff are very helpful and location is just what I required as its within easy reach of central Accra and Tema. Lots of shops and bars in the area. Only down side is the very loud music from several bars that fills every room at night. Starts around 6pm and goes on till 1 or 2 am every night. Longer over the weekend. Quite irritating for me but if you are a night's out person you'll really have a good time here. If like me you want to cook your own food, the kitchen has everything you need and there are shops and a super market nearby for all your groceries and drinks. The staff are always on hand to advice. Expenses quite reasonable. For 10 nights I spent about 120 cedis (about £20) on electricity and 70 cedis on 10gb wifi internet data. You can always get a local SIM card for your mobile and purchase data that way. Beware, air conditioners use a lot of electricity so if you can't afford it use the ceiling fans to cool down. All in all such a great place and location, shame about the noise at night if you are a night's in person.
