Au 1er étage d'un hôtel particulier du 16e siècle du coeur de Montpellier, un appartement climatisé, calme et confortable, rénové au printemps 2014 en veillant à préserver son caractère originel. D'une superficie de 88 mètres carres - plus une terrasse à vivre mitoyenne de la cuisine afin de prendre ses repas en plein air -, cet appartement peut héberger entre deux et quatre personnes (voire 6 personnes sur demande). Il bénéficie d'un confort moderne - cuisine équipée avec four, plaques à induction, lave vaisselle et lave linge. Le séjour est doté d'une télévision à écran plat. Sur la mezzanine, un canapé d'appoint avec un lit queen size permet d'héberger deux personnes supplémentaires sur demande. Climatisation et connexion Wifi comprises.
Nous avons toujours accordé une grande importance à la propreté comme en témoigne les notes de nos précédents locataires. Nous redoublons de soins et appliquons des règles précises de désinfection dans le cadre du Covid-19.

Response from the owner Merci pour votre commentaire. Le coeur historique de Montpellier est effectivement piéton. Cette absence de voitures participe à sa douceur de vivre, ses nombreuses terrasses agréables, calmes et non polluées. Pour les automobilistes, un parking se trouve cependant juste en dessous de La Place du Marché aux Fleurs où se situe l'entrée de l'appartement. Il est également possible d'approcher de l'appartement en taxi jusqu'au rond point devant la préfecture de l'Hérault qui est à moins de 100 mètres de notre entrée.

Response from the owner Merci pour votre commentaire. Le couchage sur la mezzanine est un lit d'a-point pour les groupes de 5 ou 6 personnes, sinon l'appartement dispose de deux chambres avec des lits de 160 de large pour deux personnes chacun, et des rideaux occultants.
