Description
The Sun House Moon rises in Ostuni contrada Fumarole on the strada provinciale Ostuni 14-Martina Franca, four kilometres from the town.
The original House, built in stone in the late eighteenth century, it was used as a summer residence of the owners who were the cultivation of olive groves, almond groves and vineyard.
The same farm are two trulli Saracens, one dedicated to the transformation of the grapes, the other animal shelter.
The original House has been renovated and expanded three decades ago and intended for planting summer resort of the current owners.
The structure is independent, well appointed and quiet Are at guests ' disposal, within the Sun-Moon mansion, two bedrooms, a living room, entrance hall with fireplace and sofas, open plan kitchen and living room with table and two chairs, bathroom with shower POÄNG.
Outside under the canopy is fixed a dining area with benches and wooden chairs, not forgoing intimate breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The toilets are made in addition to an en suite bathroom, a bathroom in the laundry room.
Beside the House is a garden area equipped with kitchenette with sink, oven, barbecue and dining table.
Under the canopy of huge pine secular and the surrounding are rocking a Barnyard, benches and deck chairs to relax away from the noise and prying eyes.
The property is ideal for those who want to regenerate, satisfying both walkers and the cool green of nature and those who love the Sun and warm sea and beaches, recommended for couples and families wishing to spend a holiday in economy, enjoying the utmost relaxation in complete independence, both for weekly stays and for longer stays.
There is nothing more relaxing than spending a few hours at sea and then regenerate al fresco.
Casa Vacanze Sole Luna Ostuni, coming from Ostuni, along the provincial road towards Martina Franca: joints in contrada Fumarola, after 1 km, turn right and follow the signs to Foragno Farm.
Adjacent to tenuta Sun Moon rises the masseria Foragno, Foragno Studies Center and a Luxury Resort and the structure of the Moon in Pozzo, Research Center for culture and performing arts.
The House, located on a hill about 245 meters above sea level, is located 12 kilometers from the coastline of the Adriatic coast, between the rocks, dunes and long sandy beaches.
In the marine area are the villages of Villanova, Rosa Marina, pylon, Monticelli, Gorgognolo, Costa Merlata, Torre Pozzelle, of the regional natural park of coastal dunes and the spas of Torre Canne, besides lidos and beaches equipped, ancient towers, mirrors of coastal waters, natural caves and Crypts, the old blades, close to the beautiful sea that boasts a blue flag and the Lega Ambiente 5 Vele.
The strada statale 379 sliding connects Marina di Ostuni with the tourist resorts of Monopoli and Fasano, Brindisi (km. 40) and Lecce (km. 75).
Inland from the House you can easily reach the popular tourist destinations of Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Fasano, Alberobello and Castellana Grotte.
