Description

By choosing to stay at Villa BB1 not only will you have a 3 Bedroom Beautiful Waterfront Villa in February Point Resort but you will have access to your own private boat at your own Pier. You can now come and go as you please.

No more need for a Water-Taxi and having to wait on their schedule. Explore Stocking Island and the new Lumina Point Resort. Enjoy a meal at their restaurant and laze around the amazing water. An who can forget the infamous Chat-N-Chill. If you get tired of waiting on Bahamian service, aboard the boat you have a large cooler to enjoy ice-cold beverages on your schedule. The cooler on the boat is a fantastic option as Chat-N-Chill does not allow any coolers on their beach. It's like 3 or 4 drinks for the price of 1.

For something different take the boat in to George Town and tie up at the pier. You can provision groceries right at Exuma Market the largest grocery store in Exuma or simply get a coffee from one of the quaint restaurants in town.

The boat is a brand new Boston Whaler 170 Super Sport. It comes with a Bimini Top for sun protection and a Chartplotter to make navigating Exuma that much easier. Previous boating experience required!

Villa BB1 is located in February Point Resort. Villa BB1 is a waterfront property in an exceptionally beautiful gated community. The Resort Estate spans 80 acres overlooking Elizabeth Harbour with its many coves, cays and secluded beaches. This friendly community features concierge-style service, marina, infinity edge pool, tennis courts, fitness-centre and Gourmet Bistro Restaurant & Bar.

Another infinity pool has been completed and is now accompanied by a spa and gourmet restaurant. The property also features a boat dock and gazebo overlooking the marina, Elizabeth Harbour andCrab Cay.

The ground floor comp rises the entrance hall, living, kitchen and dining areas, laundry, half-bath and owner’s closet and has natural stone tiling throughout. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and full balcony both with views of the water. The second floor loft comprises the Master Suite with lounge area and balcony.

The villa also its own private paddle boards and kayaks to make the most of your holiday and add a little adventure.
