If you are looking for a serene haven for your holidays, this is a perfect place for you! Villa Alisa stands majestically above the sea cave in the most attractive part of Dubrovnik only 15 minutes walk from the Dubrovnik Old town.

The villa is located in completely isolated position surrounded with maintained Mediterranean garden with aromatic herbs and pine trees. It is situated on a wooded hillside, above the azure surface of the Adriatic Sea with magnificent view to the sea and Dubrovnik Old town with terrace that hangs over the cave.

Villa Alisa has 2 double bedded rooms and is suitable for accommodation of 4 - 5 people.

On the ground floor of Villa Alisa there are a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and small modern bathroom with shower. This whole area is framed by tall floor to ceiling French doors which connect the inside and outside of the villa and are a great source of light. The living room has a sofa, which can be used like an extra bed for 1 person.

On the first floor of Villa Alisa there are two spacious bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Rooms have a terrace that offers an amazing sea view.

Villa is surrounded by over 800 sq m of terraces and lush gardens offering its guests complete privacy and tranquility. Stroll through the gardens down to the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic, or enjoy its private jet stream swimming pool

Villa is only 15 minutes walk from old town, few minutes from beautiful pebbled beach and crystal clear sea. Villa has it's own access to the sea.

Getting around

Bus stop is on the end of our street, next to Hotel Argentina. Timetable is attached. Buses that drive from our neighbourhood are no. 8 - to Port of Gruž and no.5 -to Lapad Peninsula. Also you can use Uber and taxi services. Best way for sightseeing is a walk from the villa to the Dubrovnik old town
