Independent apartment in the heart of the historic district of Santa Teresa, in a pedestrian street with private access adjacent to the famous staircase Selaron. It is bright, colorful and consists of: bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
The apartment is part of a building completely restored with 5 apartments (check if available), with private garden. Get off the bus and Metro are within walking distance. You can have breakfast at a posada in front of the apartments. And ' possible to have the transfer from the airport.

“Apartamento maravilhoso!”

“Un posto unico nel cuore di Rio”
Ci sono dei posti che si caratterizzano per la loro unicità: questo è uno di quelli! Soggiornare a pochi passi salla meraviglosa scalinata Selaron è un privilegio e una emozione che valgono qualche piccolo sacrificio. Noi eravamo con un bimbo di 1 anno e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Certo, se si cerca confort e agio, meglio cambiare destinazione. Ma l'emozione di fare la scalinata, arrivare in cima, ed aprire il cancello di casa è impagabile!! E assicuro che vale la piccola fatica di fare qualche gradino a piedi ( anche se esiste alternaitva di arrivare in taxi , ma si perde il fascino!!) La stanza è pulita, semplice, con tutto ciò che serve . Aria condizionata, possibilità di cucinare ( noi con il bambino lo abbiamo sfruttato) , doccia pulita e funzionale, frigorifero per mettere la frutta stratosferica che troverete nei mercatini limitrofi. Giovanni e Cristina sono stati molto gentili a consigliarci cose da vedere, posti dove mangiare, tour alternativi della città. Esperienza da ripetere, costo perfettamente in linea con il servizio offerto, credo che per essere a Rio ci è andata alla grande!!!

“Oasi di pace a Rio”
Assolutamente da provare questo nuovo B&B nel cuore di Rio, sulla collina, a un passo dal centro storico, nel quartiere Lapa (localini deliziosi per ascoltare un concertino dal vivo la sera), ma nella tranquillità di una zona residenziale, confinante con Santa Teresa (bellissimo quartiere coloniale). Gio e Cri hanno mirabilmente ristrutturato di recente una palazzina e vi hanno ricavato cinque appartamentini con uso cucina, con una vista mozzafiato sulla città. Molto luminosi (cosa rara a Rio), dotati di aria condizionata (da dicembre a marzo almeno serve eccome) e con una splendida terrazza dove prendere il sole o sorseggiare una bevanda ammirando il tramonto la sera. La via di accesso al B&B è privata con chiave personale, quindi sicura e tranquilla. Gio e Cri sapranno consigliarvi un po' su tutto, dai locali ai mercatini ai posti dove fare la spesa spendendo poco. Consigliato vivamente.
