Description
Luxury Detached 3 Bedroom Villa with private pool, great sea views, free WIFI and free air conditioning in all rooms. We have excellent villa reviews and really try and be flexible as possible including late checkout where we can for late flight departures.
Just added for 2015 Internet Minix tv allows access to movies, freview tv, hundreds of sports channels and some sky channels.
3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, 1 Shower Room, 3 WCs, Large Lounge / Dining Room open plan, 1 Kitchen with Miele brushed steel applicances, safe. Sleeps 6 -8.

“Relaxing and peaceful.”
Villa Amia is close enough to the centre of Peyia to walk to the local bars and restaurants (up and down some steep inclines) but just far enough to have some serious RnR time. The villa is very comfortable with everything you need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Plenty of magazines in the kitchen cupboard. Packs of cards and some books too. A couple of board games and inflatables in the outside cupboard along with a gas bbq. We were requested to strip the linen at the end of our holiday and in my opinion the pillows are fairly stained and really need replacing. The rest of the villa was pretty clean and tidy but could have done with a quick dust over in some areas. The fridge did struggle to get cold to start with so again in my opinion fill it up then leave it to reach a cold temperature overnight. No issues after that. The pool is clear and very clean. The pool man came a couple of times during our two week stay. Beautiful views down to Coral Bay and far reaching Paphos. The radio does pick up the local English station so all good there. Couldn't really suss the TV and find any English channels but we only had one or two nights in so wasn't really an issue but the DVDs that are here are very old and the freebies from newspapers so if you're taking kids I would recommend taking a few of your own. WiFi is different upstairs to down and an excellent signal. All in all a fantastic break in a lovely villa. I'll try to add some photos.

“Almost perfect”
This villa is gorgeous,has a nice pool, is clean, has a great view and is very well priced for what you get. It’s within a reasonable distance to a mini market and a few restaurants/bars but realistically you should get a car. There’s a proper super market which is really cheap only ten mins drive away and to see any of the attractions in the surrounding areas you’ll need transport. The villa itself has 3 nice sized rooms which together sleep 6 and there’s a futon in the lounge for 2 more. My boyfriend and I went with two other couples and had a great time using the bbq and lounging around the pool. The only criticism that I have of the whole holiday is the beds. It’s a bit like sleeping on a hard box that makes noise when you roll over. All 6 guests agrees that the beds were rather uncomfortable. It didn’t ruin our stay but it did take the shine off of it. Aside from this I’d still recommend a visit and would not be opposed to going back myself

“Amazing !”
Absolutely beautiful villa! Very spacious with everything you could wish for in a holiday villa. Location perfect, pleasant walk into village where there is a great supermarket and some good restaurants . We would highly recommend this villa for a great family holiday . Thank you !
