This newly remodeled cottage is full of charm and outfitted with every amenity just like home. Our guests have rated our homes and our service 5 Stars. TO RECEIVE OUR REGULAR RATES, PLEASE NOTE THAT WEEKENDS DO REQUIRE A TWO NIGHT STAY. A ONE NIGHT STAY ON A WEEKEND NIGHT IS AVAILABLE AT $290.

Very tranquil setting. Enjoy the sounds of birds and squirrels. Gorgeous trails a quick walk from the from the front door.This cottage is equipped with AC both upstairs and down, WIFI, new Jacuuzi, flatscreen televisions, in living room and bedroom. Bluetooth speakers and Chromecast if you care to watch/listen to your own media. Brand new cabinets and kitchen appliances to make the most adorable farm style kitchen ever. New Dishwasher, Fridge and adorable vintage Wedgewood oven. Brand new, updated bathrooms. Enjoy the quiet evenings while listening to music on our great sound system, sitting on the wrap around deck, listening to the sound of the fountain while savoring a glass of wine just outside your bedroom. Take a relaxing nap on the comfortable settee with the evening breeze while you're grilling the perfect steak on the outdoor grill. The cozy and inviting bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with a beautiful chandelier for drama, a romantic canopy style bed with the softest sheets and beautiful Ralph Lauren Quilt and Shams. Simmons mattress is guaranteed to help you sleep like a baby. Enjoy the crackling sound of a real fire from the fireplace in bedroom that heats the room to keep you cozy through the coldest winter nights. After dinner, chose a movie from our extensive DVD library or sit back and listen to your own music on our great blue tooth speakers. Cozy, realistic electric fireplace in Living Room heats the space and loft to a very comfortable sleeping temperature throughout the night. Soft leather sofa, overstuffed, comfy reading chair, cocktail table stocked with fun card and board games and cottage style dining table for intimate dinner for two but easily seats a party of four. Loft comfortably sleeps two with a super comfy queen bed and one twin. Maximum number of guests is 5 please. We love children but this property is suitable for adults or well behaved children over 12 only. Responsible party must be over 30 to rent.

Please read this section carefully: There is a pet fee of $25 per dog. Maximum number of dogs is two. There is an additional charge for parties over two people ($20-$25 depending on season per night, per person, max 5 people) Jacuzzi is serviced on Mondays and Thursdays usually after 11:00 AM. Please be dressed appropriately in anticipation of this.
