Description

Our modern apartment is located in one of the nicest luxury buildings in Cartagena. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It has direct beach access as well as 2 beautiful pools and breathtaking views of the sea.

You will have a gorgeous view of the ocean and the historical center of Cartagena from the balcony and bedrooms. The condo can host up to 6 people comfortably. Every room in the apartment has its own air conditioner. We love this apartment and guarantee you will love it. And my husband and I will make sure that all questions are answered upon arrival.

Our apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The two bathrooms are in-suite and private with hot water. The master bedroom has two twin beds which make for a king or can be used separately and the room also comes with a walk-in closet and TV.

The second bedroom has a full bed and a set of bunk beds with a TV.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are very spacious and allow interaction between the chef and the rest of family and/or guests.

There is a washing machine/dryer combination in the laundry room.

The neighborhood offers huge selection of excellent restaurants with a wide variety of music and food for all tastes. There are also bars, casinos and designer shops only a few steps away. Convenience stores and car rental places are also available within walking distance. There is even a Juan Valdez (or Colombian Starbucks) right next to the building in case you need some caffeine.

The walled city or "centro" as locals call it, is only 5 minutes away by taxi and costs about $2.00 USD.

You can definitely count on finding great connectivity in the condo since we have high speed internet and cable in each room.

Relax at the pool that faces the ocean, or take a dip in the Jacuzzi.

Guests have access to the building pools and can have food delivered to the apartment from many of the nearby restaurants. The beach is a short elevator ride away. Security in the building is excellent and the neighborhood is extremely safe so you can just enjoy your vacation.

Please note that due to Covid and a national policy, the building administration is not allowing daily visitors in to the building at this time; only registered guests have access to the condo and pool area.
