Description

Welcome to this very nice house located in a quiet coastal area 200m away from the beach of Oliva. The property overlooks the sea and the mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 5 people, plus 2 extra spaces.

The property has a fantastic 14m2 furnished porch, where you can sit and enjoy summer lunches and dinners with your loved ones, and a 20m2 terrace for the little ones to play peacefully. You can park your car in the street without any problem, as the beach of Oliva is not very crowded. The privacy of the house is partial.

The house has a bright living-dining room where you can relax after coming from the beach watching TV or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is situated in the same space where you can enjoy a quiet meal with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the same room and it is fully equipped so that you can prepare your best dishes without any limitation, including ceramic hob. With regard to the laundry room, the property has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The property has 3 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and the last one with 1 single bed. At the same time, there are 2 extra places, free of charge, on the sofa-bed in the living room. The house has 1 complete bathroom with shower. In the house you have access to a total of 3 fans, 4 radiators and 1 cot, in case you need it.

This accommodation is located 5 minutes from the equestrian centre of Oliva Nova where you can receive private riding lessons and where state championships are also held. It is also within walking distance of an 18-hole-par 72 golf course where you can enjoy the day practising your swing. For hiking enthusiasts, the Montgo natural park is within walking distance, as is the Marjal d'Oliva where you will find the Font Salada, which has beneficial properties for the skin. If you prefer fine sandy beaches, there are several options in Oliva and you can also practice different water sports, such as Sky-surfing.

Your pet is welcome, as long as it does not exceed 5kg in weight.
