Cottage
GARREG LWYD COTTAGE is my cosy, Four Star Visit Wales, two bedroom, c1825, terraced artisan cottage at 3 Erskine Terrace, a small cul-de-sac within the walls of medieval Conwy Town. Fully equipped for self catering holidays, has WiFi, multi-fuel fire. The cottage is suitable for a small family or for two couples. With central heating and a real fire its available all year round.
PRICE: £350 to £650 per week, or £350 for three nights October-March.
PRICE INCLUDES: bed linen, towels, kitchen/dining linen, electricity, gas central heating, Wi-Fi etc.
THE COTTAGE: Four Star Visit Wales, fully equipped, self catering, no smoking, no pet’s cottage comprises:-
· *SITTING/DINING ROOM: Free-Sat TV/radio, CD-DVD, three seat settee, two seat setee, dining table with four chairs, stove in mini inglenook.
· *KITCHEN: electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee percolator, toaster, crockery/utensils/linen for cooking/dining.
· *UTILITY PORCH: At rear, for raincoats, boots, clothes line, sun bed store fuel, etc
· *COURTYARD: Sunny outdoor area, table, 4 chairs, mini BBQ, flowers plants, etc.
· *DOUBLE BEDROOM: at rear with comfortable 4ft.6in. bed, bedside lockers double wardrobe, drawers, dresser/desk and chair, spare duvets, radio etc
· *TWIN BEDROOM: at front, two 3ft. beds, bed-side lockers, double wardrobe, spare duvets, work shelf and chair, misc cupboard for vacuum cleaner, battery charger etc
· *BATHROOM: WC, wash hand basin, shower over bath, fan heater, shaving point,. iron and board, etc
· *HEATING: gas central heating/on-demand hot water, multi-fuel stove in mini inglenook
· *WINDOWS: Double-glazed at rear, original Georgian style in front

“Good location”
1 min walk to high Street, bus and train. We could have parked outside but opted to park in mountpleasant long stay car park for ease/ respect to residents. All you could need in the house and very warm. Great communication from owner throughout.

“Fantastic Staycation”
The property is comfortable and spacious with everything needed and lots of little extras. Including a crabbing bucket! Comfortable bed. Pretry courtyard with view of the walls. Lovely fire although unfortunately the weather was too good to take advantage. All amenities in close vicinity and conwy is well placed for exploring the wider area. The good public transport links meant we didn't need to use the car very often. Parking at the property could clearly be a bit of an issue. Our Twingo didn't cause too many problems but I can see that a bigger car would be difficult to manage without upsetting the other residents. I would thoroughly recommend Conwy as a holiday destination and this cottage as accommodation.
