This BRAND NEW fully-furnished luxury 1BR apartment by the POOL & GARDEN in the 5-star complex of the Ocean Villas resort provides everything you need for a self-indulging stay by the BEACH in Danang, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The Space:

Located on the ground floor and connected to a charming ever-green garden, our apartment is bright, light and airy, where you can soak yourself in the fresh ocean air or glorious sunlight from the sun lounge couch on the terrace. Kids can run wild safely in the beautifully-landscaped lawn just outside our garden.

From our apartment, you can literally slip in the pool with jacuzzi, which can be viewed from our garden. The patrolled private ocean is only a short walk amidst the green scenery. Danang Golf Course is across the street.

Here are some highlights of our apartment:

* FREE access to most resort facilities: beach, two swimming pools with lifeguard (one with Jacuzzi), beach club, tennis court, kids' playground, etc.

* Modern living area blends with the greenery space in front of the apartment. It is equipped with a 42" LCD, a DVD player and sound systems, The roomy oak sofa with quality mattress can also be converted into a 1.9m x 2.0m bed.

* Fully-furnished kitchen fit for a chef, featuring a 400-litre refrigera

Guest Access:

* We created our own website (please search "Da Nang Ocean Apartment A103") to help our guests visualize their upcoming stay at our apartment. We also compiled a mini-guidebook with detailed instructions on house facilities, resort facilities, getting around the area, etc. In addition, we placed a Lonely Planet guidebook to Vietnam, maps, other guidebooks and fictions in the apartment for guests' use.

* Guests have sole use of the entire apartment and the attached terrace.

* Access to Ocean Villas Resort's facilities: the private beach with sun loungers, 2 pools, children's playground, tennis court (free of charge, prior booking is necessary), spa services (at a fee), bar and restaurant services, beach club, babysitting (at a fee), laundry services (at a fee), etc.

* Free open-air parking slot at the back of the building.

* Security guard is available 24/7 at the premise.

* Night check-in is happily accommodated.

Interaction with Guests:

- You can contact us by email in English, Vietnamese, French or German.

- We are willing to share with you our knowledge and experience about the area, as we have always loved to do with our guests to help them enjoy their holiday as much as possible. Feel free to contact us even if you are not able to stay at our apartment for some reason. We can also help arrange taxi hire, car hire, motorbike/ scooter rent, Vietnamese cook, etc.

The Neighborhood:

Just that you’re staying on the gorgeous coastal line of Danang is wonderful enough. Danang has been considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (rated by Forbes and many more).

If you have some time on your side, don’t ever miss the following spots in the neighbourhood:

- Danang Golf Course: Literally across the road. Montgomerie Links Golf Course is 5 minutes' drive away.

- Ngu Hanh Son Marble Mountains: 5 minutes’ drive.

- Hoi An Ancient Town (UNESCO heritage): 25 minutes.

- Ba Na Hills: 40 minutes

- My Son Sanctuary: 45 minutes

- Hue Imperial City: 2 hours

Getting Around:

- Lotte supermarket is 15 minutes’ drive away. If you love to explore a local market, Non Nuoc Market is 7 minutes’ drive (supplying mainly fresh food and basic grocery), or a sidewalk market is 10 minutes’ walk southward (to the direction of Hoi An Ancient Town).

- A taxi is easily accessible (phone numbers provided in our mini-guidebook). Taxis in Danang are generally safe if you go with the “official” brands.

- Motorbikes/ scooters or bicycles for rent are also widely available in Danang or Hoi An. Cars for rent are also an option if you have an international driving licence and are familiar with traffic rules in Vietnam. (A free parking lot is outside the building).

House Rules:

The most important rule is that you respect our property. We need to preserve the apartment for other guests and for our own holiday vacations, too.

- Please do not smoke inside the apartment. You can take a whiff in the huge open space in front of the property.

- And though we love cats and dogs, we are afraid we can’t let pets into the property.

- Please don’t hang your clothes on the porch, as they may interfere with the beautiful landscape. There is a foldable clothes drying rack in the wardrobe.

- Please close the door whenever the air-conditioners are on. Unfortunately, our ceiling-concealed air-conditioning system is not designed to cool even the open air. If you leave the apartment, please turn off the air-con.

- If you happen to break something inside the apartment, we would appreciate it if you can let us know. We will help you to order fixture or replacement for the comfort of the next guest.
