Please read our full description regarding pricing at St Michaels as price shown is for up to 12 Guests only, and may differ at certain times of the year before asking for a quote.

Please note that extra guests above 12 persons will be charged a set rate of £85.00 per person for short weekends, or £125 for long weekend . Short week breaks will be charged at £200.00 per person over 12 persons (Monday to Friday.)

£225.00 per person over 12 for full week breaks (Friday till Friday ). This will be included in your quote. The price quoted to you will be only for the amount of guests at the time of booking.

Additional guests can be added at a later date for additional price, please contact us for details. The number of people occupying the property may not exceed the number at the time of booking.

For SINGLE female/male GROUPS there will be an additional charge of £80.00 per booking fee for the duration of your stay. Less than 3 guests of opposite gender will be considered as the same gender group and the fee of £80 will be applied.

6/8 person Hot Tub , Fitness Gym, A beautiful very unusual 8 person Barrel Sauna, very large Cinema room with Sky TV 120" screen with full size Table tennis Table, children trampoline and swings , pool /snooker room, St Michael's has 6 - 8 person log burning outdoor Barrel Sauna! We supply fire starter+bag of logs all for £15 only - non refundable - this should last you up to 4 hrs of fun) St Michaels has an indoor Cocktail bar (please bring your drinks or book the bar attendant to entertain you after your journey).

We are happy to provide a travel cot for a small fee of £10 each should this be requested. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.

All bed linen (1 set p/person or couple ) and 2 towels (each) for the guests are provided.

Prices at Peak times (Easter , Summer holidays and Christmas) will be charged at different rate. Please contact the owner .

We take great pride in our home therefore we have a strictly non smoking policy inside the property, small PETS MAYBE considered at a cleaning charge of £30 (discuss with the owner before booking ).

We accept EXTRA DAY GUESTS at St Michaels and as we offer so many facilities at our holiday home there is a CHARGE of £30 per daily person please contact the owner

Master bedroom with far reaching sea views has super king size bed and comfortable sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, sleeps 4 in total

Family bedroom has king size bed

And bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top ) , en-suite shower room, sleeps 5 in total

Main spacious bathroom off the landing (upstairs) with bath and separate shower , w/c and sink

Family "cream & lime" room has 2 single beds and one king size bed, sleeps 4 in total.

"Black & White " family bedroom has double bed , single bed and pull out trundle single bed ( that can be set up, please request before your arrival) sleeps 4 guests in this room in total.

Downstairs single bedroom that is located by the cloakroom (wheelchair accessible, has its own access to the garden area ).

Downstairs cloakroom has w/c , sink (next to single bedroom)

There are two additional comfortable bed setties one is located in the main family lounge , one is in the family room . Sleeps 4 in total.

Earlier check in or later checkout at £25 per hour, if available, please pre book it .

If you are planning to bring more than 4 children (under 16) there will be larger refundable damage deposit requested (please contact us for more details) please allow 2 adults per 1 child, children always will need to be supervised.

My friends and I booked this house to celebrate all turning 30 and we couldn't have asked for a better weekend! We didn't meet the owners but Annmarie was lovely and really helpful so thank you very much. The house is clean and well equipped and there's so much to do we didn't need to leave! Thank you for such a memorable weekend. I'm sure we'll be back!
