Located within a 5 min drive (15 min walk) to the beautiful Whitstable harbor, castle and the seafront. IDEAL place for all your RELAXED celebrations and reunions! DEPOSIT will be WITHHELD in full if the property has not been left clean and tidy and in the same condition it was rented to you. If you have booked St Michael's to coincide with any other venue we will not in anyway be held liable if the venue has been cancelled for any reason what so ever.

Please read our full description regarding pricing at St Michaels as price shown is for up to 12 Guests only, and may differ at certain times of the year before asking for a quote.

Please note that extra guests above 12 persons will be charged a set rate of £95.00 per person for short weekends, or £125 for long weekend . Short week breaks will be charged at £200.00 per person over 12 persons (Monday to Friday.)

£225.00 per person over 12 for full week breaks (Friday till Friday ). This will be included in your quote. The price quoted to you will be only for the amount of guests at the time of booking.

Additional guests can be added at a later date for additional price, please contact us for details. The number of people occupying the property may not exceed the number at the time of booking.

For SINGLE female/male GROUPS there will be an additional charge of £80.00 per booking fee for the duration of your stay. Less than 3 guests of opposite gender will be considered as the same gender group and the fee of £80 will be applied.

5/6 person Hot Tub , A beautiful very unusual

6/8 person Barrel Sauna, very large Cinema room with Sky TV 120" screen with full size Table tennis, kids swings , ( pool /snooker room), St Michael's has 6/8 person log burning outdoor Barrel Sauna! We supply fire starter+bag of logs all for £30.00 only - non refundable - this should last you up to 4-6 hours of fun) St Michaels has an indoor Cocktail bar (please bring your drinks.

We are happy to provide a travel cot for a small fee of £10 should this be requested. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.

All bed linen (1 set p/person or couple ) and 2 towels (each) for the guests are provided.

Prices at Peak times Bank holidays (Easter , Summer holidays and Christmas) will be charged at different rate. Please contact the owner .

Strictly non smoking policy inside the property, small PETS MAYBE considered at a cleaning charge of £45 contact owner.


We Do not accept any day guests at St Michaels what so ever due to covid 19 restrictions and the deposit will be withheld in full if any guests are found to be entertained and the whole party will be asked to vacate the property.

Master bedroom with far reaching sea views has super king size bed and comfortable sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, sleeps 4 in total

Family bedroom has king size bed

And bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top ) , en-suite shower room, sleeps 5 in total

Main spacious bathroom off the landing (upstairs) with bath and separate shower , w/c and sink

Family bedroom" room has 2 single beds and one king size bed, sleeps 4 in total.

2nd " family bedroom has double bed , single bed and pull out trundle single bed ( that can be set up, please request before your arrival) sleeps 4 guests in this room in total.

Downstairs single bedroom that is located by the cloakroom (wheelchair accessible, has its own access to the garden area ).

Downstairs cloakroom has w/c , sink (next to single bedroom)

There are two additional comfortable bed settees one is located in the main family lounge , one is in the family room . Sleeps 4 in total.

Earlier check in or later checkout at £25 per hour, if available, please pre book it .

we only except a small number of children at St Michael's 2 adults per child

We will be meeting you all to hand the keys over if possible, OR provide a key safe number for access to St MICHAEL'S, it will be provided on the day of your visit. If possible we will show you around. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible Just please do look after the property during your stay and leave the house as you found it and clean up any mess you may have made or deposit will take longer to be refunded and deductions made. We booked St Michaels house with Michael in May 2020 and paid a £425 deposit in good faith not knowing that in months to come COVID19 would take over our lives. In September the government made a 6 person rule. We had 10 people going to St Michael's house on a special occasion on that date. We asked if it was still okay and he said no we could not go, he offered us to book another date which we could not do because we needed the certain date and do not know how long the 6 person rule will go on for. We then asked for our deposit back and he refused an ignored further emails. Just a warning in these times be careful who you give a deposit to! Airlines and hotels are giving full refunds. Michael is not!

me and two friends turned thirty within weeks of each other so wanted to celebrate somewhere special with our closest friends, we found this property online and it seemed to tick all our boxes, but when we arrived it totally exceeded all expectations.
