This plantation style home is located 3 blocks from Kailua beach and 2 blocks to Kailua town. It has been renovated to have open floor plan to provide comfortable living space without compromising it's Hawaiian charm. Bedrooms with A/C, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, Patio , BBQ area, outdoor shower, and swimming pool. Note: No A/C in small room with twin bed & No A/C in the living room/dining/kitchen. All photos are current.

Beach chairs/mats, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler and beach towels are provided.

***A private 1B/1B unit with separate entrance is located above the carport. Owners occupy the unit when in Kailua.

(Owners does not use the pool when rental unit is occupied)

Kailua beach is 2.5 miles of white sand. Hawaiian sea turtles are a common sight in the turquoise waters of Kailua Bay. The bay is protected by an off-shore reef and is ideal for swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, kiteboarding, bodyboarding and surfing. Kailua bay is a renowned windsurfing and kiteboarding spot.

Response from the owner Thank you for your feedback. You rated our rental with 3 stars. We allowed you to have a dog, most of your experience in the house is positive. We have no control of the noise of the A/C ,that's how they are made. The kitchen is stocked with plates & cups that accommodate 7-8people. If you have more people & invite your guests to this rental, you may not have dishes to accommodate your guests. I would recommend that you bring your party supplies.
