“Never ever rent in the Maravillale complex”

A simple question posed to me was, "would some painting/ and stucco work bother you for a few days?" I answered no problem but little did I know that the property was undergoing reconstruction on many buildings, in c luring the building I was renting. On good faith I believed this short minimally invasive inconvenience would be 2 or 3 days. However, 2 months of loud construction equipment, drills, saws, welding and scaffoldings occupiede outside the balcony of the living room and master bedroom. Dumpsters occupied the parking lot with trash scattered about when the wind picked up.Walkways impassable as tools, paint cans and grout made an obstacle course to maneuver. The elevator was often unusable and 4 long flights of stairs was a chore. The patio furniture was placed in the dining/living room and master bedroom while NewvBulletin tiles were installed. Musical furniture was not a fun time as we tried to work around the tiling on the porches. The rental unit was worn, chipped pieces of wall decorations, dirty living room furniture, only 1 set of sheets for the beds.pillows were older than me and outside ceiling f ans/lights were not operational. Bedroom shade was in a permanent down position ad it w a s broken, outside door Light was burned out, was reported and was never fixed. Dark interior was neither light or uplifting but heavy dark drapes made we want to be outside more than inside.
