Description

L'appartement borde l'eau salée du lac marin et une zone piétonne.C'est un studio cabine donc la chambre a la taille d'une cabine.A la demande des précédents locataires j'y ai installé un lit double au lieu de 2 lits simples superposés.Le lit occupe pratiquement toute la cabine dotée d'une fenêtre donnant sur le lac et fermée pas une porte donc indépendante du reste du studio.

Son orientation sud-ouest permet d'apprécier les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur le lac depuis la terrasse.En hiver les pécheurs qui relèvent les filets attirent tous les oiseaux avides de poissons ajoutant de l’intérêt au panorama.

Le Mont Canigou domine majestueusement dans l'arrière du lac. Entre Novembre et Mai son sommet est couronné de neige.

Bien que les bars, restaurants et boutiques sont à seulement 300m de là, cet appartement est un havre de tranquillité.

Il y a deux piscines sur le Cap Coudalère, dont l'une est chauffée.Des cartes fournies par la propriétaire vous permettent d'y accéder gratuitement Elles sont ouvertes du week-end de Pâques jusqu'en Novembre et ne sont seulement qu'à 200 mètres de l'appartement. En face de la piscine une plage abrite une école de voile et planche à voile.

Tennis et autres installations sportives sont à proximité ainsi que d'un terrain de jeu pour les enfants. Wifi par fibre disponible dans l'appartement

Response from the owner Je voulais simplement préciser que le matelas (en laine ) est posé sur un matelas mousse qui est lui même posé sur un futon noir. Personnellement j'y dors sans problème mais je vais voir comment en améliorer le confort...Je concède qu'à la demande de plusieurs personnes j'ai changé les lits superposés à 1 place par un lit à 2 places mais étant donné que c'est une cabine et non une chambre, le lit prend pratiquement toute la largeur de la cabine
