An ideal family vacation destination on the northern shores of Cozumel awaits! Located in the exclusive and gated Puesta del Sol, which means “sunset”, our stunning 1st floor oceanfront condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, accommodating up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, steps away from a shared pool and the ocean, and so much more.
This vacation rental has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is perfect for your family getaway, with amenities that will make you feel at home! On the 1st floor of the complex, you can avoid using the elevator to access the condo. Entering the condo, you will walk into an airy, open concept that gives you a large common area to gather in as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that open to offer stunning, sweeping views of the sea. Straight ahead you’ll find an equally large oceanfront balcony, 3.5ft above the pool deck, where you are likely to spend many hours of your stay. This condo has plenty of natural light and gorgeous, uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea. The master suite features a King size bed. A second bedroom and third bedroom also have King size beds. Your hosts have included A/C, satellite TV, a DVD player, complimentary Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, snorkeling mask and fins, books, games and more.
Just a few steps outside your front door you can enter the ocean with our private entrance for swimming or snorkeling upon some of the best reefs in the world. The infinity pool is the perfect spot for relaxing on chaise lounges, tanning, and capturing stunning photos the of turquoise water. The sea here on the north side is quite calm, making it ideal for snorkeling and floating. The snorkeling just beyond the building is beautiful and water clarity is always fantastic.
Not to mention, this incredible rental is situated in an equally incredible community. Puesta del Sol is an oceanfront condo complex. It’s located only a 1.3 mile walk/bike ride or a 5-minute taxi ride from the heart of the island’s main town where you will find world-class dining options, museums, local nightlife and entertainment. A dive shop and fishing marina are also only a block away. This property is gated and maintains a 12hr security guard on the premises.
