The villa is set on the edge of a cliff in a gated resort overlooking the azure Caribbean sea in the western part of the Island, which is known as the green area , quiet, luxurious, peaceful, beautiful, and totally safe.

Cas About resort, adjacent to Cas Abou beach, is one of the most beautiful locations of the island, or perhaps the most beautiful. A small, quiet and guarded and gated resort with approx 40 private villas where living is spacious, private and secure.

Curacao has been voted the #1 Destination in the Caribbean by Readers Choices and #1 & #2 every year for scuba diving and snorkeling in the Caribbean. Visibility is well over 100 feet.

Our villa offers you all the opportunities for sunbathing, snorkeling and scuba diving's.

Cas Abou Resort has a lovely little private beach, only accessible to residents , with fantastic diving and snorkeling facilities, at a 550 meters ( 600 yards) walk from the villa.

Playa Cas Abou (aka Bon Bini Beach) fully meets the vision that you have of a tropical beach.

According to National Geographic Cas Abao Beach ranks 4th of the 21 best beaches of the world: " Ringed by reefs, Curaçao hides a Caribbean underwater wonderland, and this beach is one of the few sandy ones on the arid island, with a bar and a shop to rent snorkel gear. Slip straight into the shallow crystalline bay alive with sea fans and coral, tropical fish, sponges, sea turtles, and more".

Relaxing by the pool, reading a book under the palapa in the garden where hummingbirds and iguanas draw your attention. Wild boar and flamingos in the salt pans right next to the villa.

The villa is fully equipped for maximum 9 guests. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 with kingsize beds and 1 with a kingsize bed and a single bed, 2,5 bathrooms, a huge living room, a fully equipped kitchen and an enormous covered porch with 180 degrees magnificent panorama view facing the Caribbean Sea ! From the private pool you have the same view.

Total living space spans over 7,500 sqft. Plot covers over 17,200 sqft.

At the right side of the villa a unique view on the salt pans of Cas About where graceful flamingos congregate in the inland bay, finding their food in the salt water.
