Great studio - apartment in a very quiet place. Located in Rohrmoser, a safe place near the USA Embassy, shopping centers and places to eat. Sabana park, one of the most beautiful parks in San Jose is at 5 minutes by car. 50mts2 apartment with air conditioner, 1 bathroom, 1 queen bed, 32" tv with cable and wifi, blackout curtains. Full kitchen amenities, washer dryer inside and a very comfy living room to welcome your visits. The building has a great private gym, a very clean semi Olympic pool, a barbecue area and a playground for children. Private parking for one car.

The area where the building is located "Rohrmoser" is a very quiet, nice, safe place, in the center of everything. You can get around by cab or bus. Escazu is at 5 minutes away, San Jose downtown 8 minutes away, airport 15 minutes away and if you are looking for sun and sand, the Pacific Ocean is just an hour away.

It is a great place to be calm and feel at home!

How do damage deposits work?
