One double bedroom, air-conditioned with ceiling fan, one bathroom, living/dining area with ceiling fan, fully fitted open plan kitchen, one balcony, hot/cold water, washing machine, 32" LED TV, Satellite TV.

5 minutes walking distance to the beach, town centre, shops, bars, restaurants, takeaways, near by supermarkets (Cargills - Food City, Arpico - Super Centre), groceries, banks, Post Office, medical care and pharmacy, church, train station and other public transport. Close to the Zoo. 10 minutes walking distance along the beach to Mount Lavinia diving facilities.

Equipped with CCTV security system and resident security is present. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. All Colombo Taxi Services (including Budget Taxi) are just a phone call away. Friendly, reliable Trishaw (Tuk-Tuk) service at reasonable rate is available at door step, if needed.

“Good location”

The location is closer to railway station and the main road but away from traffic noise. Only concern should be that rate is not included hydro bill. If u used air conditioner, u will end up paying he… More

Response from the owner Dear Guest, Thank you for the review. I am glad that you were happy with the location just like all our other guests. The apartment has its own electric meter. The guests are shown where the electric meter is when they check in. The total charge is calculated based on the units used. In addition to the air conditioner there are ceiling fans throughout the apartment. As the apartment is a self maintaining holiday apartment cleaning is only done once. We provide a clean apartment when the guest check in. We will take your views into consideration. We have guests who occupy the apartment on regular basis.
