A simple 2 bedroom 1 bath Victorian. Has the original wood work and stain-glass, claw bathtub with shower curtain. Large fenced 3 lots with a large deck.. This is just a good feeling old house. It lives well. With each guest it is my hope you enjoy the house and it makes your visit very special. Laundry in basement. Great living space on large back deck n the warm season. . Come park your car and be a local.

This part of town is within walking distance to anything your heart desires! You can walk to the Hot Springs and the Adventure Park. Restaurant Row 3 blocks away. Shopping, coffee shops, bike rental, spas, live theater, health club. Library, and Frontier Historical Museum. Forrest Service main offices just 2 blocks away, neat building. The list is unending then their is public transit and the bike path to Aspen 2 blocks from home. Public trails are within a block of house. Trail-head to Doc Holiday's grave is just a few minutes walk. A 15 minute walk to the Roaring Fork River for fishing. And a pretty neighborhood with lots of history.

Note* In 3 blocks and over the bridge you'll be at the Hotsprings.

Recently purchased this property. After selling a vacation rental property I owned for 17 years in the Mexican town of Puerto Morelos. The casa is called Casa Anita. I put my heart and soul into that place and plan to do the same here in Glenwood Springs.

A very clean dog and a cat live in the house between guests.

Now have Hulu Live/Firestick. So you can watch live sports and shows. Also Netflix, Amazon prime and additional add ons. Just ask if you'd like TV set out.

King Bed in master bedroom can be made into 2 twins.

There is a Carriage House on the property that is rented out to a very nice busy professional.

Annie was wonderful in accommodating our needs. The 1903 house was charming and fully equipped. The location of this rental is perfect for walking to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
