The Space

Split over two levels and with two bedrooms, Claude is an exceptionally spacious CBD apartment with modern amenities, a convivial balcony (with BBQ!) and simple, comfortable furnishings. I've kept the apartment nice and uncomplicated so that you can make yourselves at home with the spacious kitchen and living area.

The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood includes a bunch of really great places to visit. For restaurants check out Chin Chin, Cumulus, Hu Tong and Sichuan House. My favourite cafes are Sunny Boy, £1000 Bend and Degraves Alley. Plus, some of the nicest bars in Melbourne are right here like Carlton Club, Berlin Bar, Section 8, Bar Americano, Curtin House (with it's awesome rooftop and Cookie), Cherry Bar and State of Grace.

Getting Around

Centrally located on Collins Street in the CBD, Claude is within walking distance of most of the CBD's sights. If arriving from the airport via SkyBus, simply catch a tram up Collins Street to the stop at Queen Street. The 11, 42, 48, 109 and 112 trams can be caught from the corner of Collins and Queen and both Southern Cross and Flinders Street stations are within a short walk.

- Please leave the apartment as you found it. 

- No smoking. 

- Pets are not allowed. 

- No parties. You can have friends over, but please save your energy for your night out. 

- When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. You don’t need to mop and vacuum but please remember this is someone’s home and to put things back where you found them. 

- Keep noise down after 9pm and be respectful of our neighbours. 

- If there is a medical emergency, fire or matters requiring police assistance, please contact 000 and consult the fire safety manual. For other matters, phone us. 

- It is your responsibility to lock the apartment when you are not inside and to turn off the fans, lights, heaters and TV. Plus, saving the environment makes you cool. 

- We do not accept responsibility for loss of property. If you realise you have left something in the apartment after check-out please phone us and we can arrange to have it returned to you.

It's the perfect place to stay if you love coffee, restaurants, bars, sport and nightlife.

Every tram in Melbourne runs through the city within two blocks of the apartment. The two major train stations are only 5 minutes walk away.
