Description

Quiet rural location but not isolated. Close to beach, the ancient town of Rye, the countryside, and not far from Hastings. Pubs, fish and chips and kebab & pizza takeaways, butcher, fish & game shop, Co-op and post office within 1 mile. Bus stop 50 yards away. Camber Castle is 1 mile walk. The property has a large than usual bedroom upstairs with panoramic river and countryside views. Large well equipped eat in kitchen with gas cooker and microwave. Lots of cupboard space and fridge/freezer. Comfortable and cosy lounge room with TV, radio. French door from lounge opens onto patio and deck. Private courtyard with bistro table and chairs, riverside benches. Ample on-site secure parking.

“Very relaxing location”

One of the best holiday self catering we have stayed in. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, and bedroom. Outside space with amazing views with tranquil River where we relaxed and fished. Special thanks to Connie and clem.

The location, 2 miles from Rye and the outside setting of the Annex where excellent, the owners Connie and Clem where very friendly. But the inside of the Annex appeared tired and needs some work doing to bring it up to a standard I feel is acceptable.

How do damage deposits work?
