Welcome to Slopeside Luxury at 1178 Lowell – 250 yards from Park City Resort! This magnificent home has been updated with new carefully curated furnishings, appliances and electronics.

The first floor, where the gourmet kitchen, large family room and dining room are situated, is the gathering place and center of the home. The family room is spacious and inviting with it’s comfortable leather furnishings, 42” Smart HDTV with Comcast, HBO, DVD player and LG sound system and the floor to ceiling hand laid stone mantle with a new gas fireplace. The living room also has a large coffee table, wood detailing on the vaulted ceilings and is well-rounded by the mountain décor and memorability from the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympic Winter Games. One of the two couches in the living room can also second as a full size sleeper sofa, which helps accommodate a larger group or family.

The open layout of the main floor allows the living, dining and kitchen to flow from one to the next. The recently renovated kitchen features new hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar with seating for three (3), a complete range of household appliances (fridge, stove / oven, dishwasher, microwave) and it’s also fully stocked with cookware, corning-ware, dishes and utensils for preparing daily meals. The dining room has a round hardwood dining table with seating for six (6) people and a mountain chandelier. The first full bathroom (1) is right next to the kitchen and has the updated granite counters, a walk-in shower and tile floors. A stackable washing machine and clothes dryer are also on the main floor in a separate closet.

To access your private Jacuzzi hot tub, just step outside the kitchen door and there it is. The hot tub has seating for six (6) people and it is very private and secluded.

Head downstairs to the second floor and that’s where all of the 3 bedrooms are located. The first bedroom is a spacious master suite and has a king size bed with a custom log pole bed frame and high-quality linens and bedding. The bedroom also has an entertainment center with a 37” HDTV with Comcast TV, DVD player and speaker system, a wood dresser, private balcony / deck and en suite bathroom (2). The second bathroom in the master suite features a long granite counter with a his and hers sink, stainless steel finishes, bathtub and shower.

The second bedroom (2) features a queen size bed, large dresser and closet for storage and recessed lighting. It is also important to note that the ceiling height is just over nine (9) feet, which is unique to this single family home and the Park City area.
