Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, Villa located on the south coast and arguably the best beaches in Barbados. When we let it as a 2 bedroom option the 3rd bedroom is locked The villa is elegantly furnished to a luxurious standard and has the benefit of a huge sunroom which accommodates a large dining area, and comfortable couches for socialising in addition the main living room. All three bedrooms are spacious with air conditioning and are finished beautifully, with particular attention to detail. The large modern kitchen comes complete with all mod cons including a large American style fridge/freezer. The lounge is beautifully furnished in a modern Caribbean style and has connection doors to the sunroom which leads out to the patio and garden. The villa has LCD television with cable and high Speed Wi-Fi Internet access throughout .Maple Villa offers you space and comfort in a quiet and safe location across the road from the beautiful beach, the boardwalk and the KPMG building.The villa is just a short walk to the fertility clinic and the United Nations Building and the Barbados Squash Association. A 5 mins bus drive will carry you to the Barbados Yacht club Beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and banks are only a short stroll away and the bus stop is on the corner to take you to Bridgetown or Oistins. Recently refurbished you will enjoy the benefit of new furniture and appliances and secure onsite parking.The villa can be rented as either a 2 or 3 bedroom unit. In the event the villa is rented as a 2 bedroom, the 2nd or 3rd bedroom will remain locked for the duration of your stay. Next door there is also a lovely 2 bedroom cottage which can be rented additionally to the villa which means in total the properties can accommodate parties of up to 10 guests The villa has a large living/dining area, a lounge, a modern kitchen with laundry facilities, 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a huge sun room with fabulous garden views Each of the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and hanging spaces. The master bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom can be made up with two single beds or one king-sized double bed. The villa has a housekeeper/maid who will come in twice per week during your stay to clean and change the linens.
