Studio on the first line, with its breathtaking view of the port of Cassy-Lanton and the Arcachon basin, in a quiet residence on the 2nd floor with elevator, furnished comfort for 4 people. Large balcony for breakfast overlooking the basin of Arcachon punctuated by the tides! Ideally located for lovers of nature (many opportunities for walking or cycling, first sandy beach at 50 m, coastal path, Nature Reserve Domaine de Certes just 300 m, Oyster hut, oyster tasting , restaurants, visits of the ports, .....) Océane Beach at 20 minutes (big croot, the green thing ..) The studio is composed of a kitchenette (fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave, kettle, coffee maker) , washing machine, dishwasher, utensils kitchens ....... coffee, chocolate, tea ...... Sleeping: a large bed 140 (wardrobe bed, very good bedding) + 2 bunk beds in independent cabin. All amenities nearby barely 50 m, bakery, Primeurs, tobacco press, hairdresser, charcuterie, fishmonger, restaurant, bar, everything can be done on foot !! Local market on Sunday, Friday market on Andernos baths just to 5 kms A parking space is reserved for you n ° 79 and free at the foot of the building.Bicycle shed at your disposal. Andernos les Bains and its pedestrian streets with animations just 5 kms Bordeaux 40 km Saint Emilion with its famous wine route! Cap Ferret at 20kms Arcachon at 30 kms
