To contribute to your memorable stay, "ti-kaz-a-louer" offer our cozy studios rated 2 stars in a charming residence Creole Anse des Rochers. Its secure access is limited to residents and tenants.

Everything is there ... In a beautiful tropical park, you will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool of 1000 m2 infinity (the largest pool of Guadeloupe), a children's pool, stunning views on Marie Galante, a beautiful private sandy beach, on the edge of a lagoon, where you will find a few parasols and deckchairs and where with simple masks and snorkels you and your children will see beautiful tropical fish.

For most athletes ... A tennis courts overlooking the sea. A mini-golf and even a bowling green for petanque games with friends. Located between Saint Francis and Saint Anne, this little corner of paradise awaits you for a pleasant stay for two, with friends or family

Our studios were renovated in 2015. They are fully furnished and equipped for 4 people (ideally a couple and 2 children). The sleeping area, air conditioned, consists of 1 bed 140 * 190 and 2 beds 70 * 190 foldable ottomans or sofa. A flat-screen TV is also available in this room part. The dining area is located on the terrace / balcony. It consists of a kitchen area with a ceramic hob with 2 burners, a Senseo coffee machine, a washing machine, fridge / freezer, table, 4 chairs and all the crockery for a family of 4. Natural ventilation of the terrace is enhanced by a ceiling fan. The linens (towels, sheets, towels) is provided. Optionally you can request that the beach towels are also available so you save weight and space in your luggage. Bathroom with bath / shower, basin and toilet.

FREE WIFI in the lobby of the residence.

Each of the studios is IDEAL for a couple or a family with 2 children. Both studios are located in the Bougainvillea building in the wing closest to the pool.

Both studios are PERFECT for families or friends traveling together. They are on the same floor, just meters from each other and arranged in the same way.

A small corner of paradise where nothing is lacking in desire to combine leisure and relaxation.

Among these constraints the most surprising is the lack of water ... In Guadeloupe, the water crisis is "serious". The problem has lasted for more than 30 years and affects the entire territory.

In the overwhelming majority of Guadeloupe, turn the tap is useless. To compensate for an out-of-service distribution network, cuts are organized in "water tower", a calendar supposed to feed the communities alternately and allow residents to organize their lives according to the hour of the cuts, which last from 12 to 24 hours. In addition to these water towers, there are also unpredictable cuts. So each household organizes its reserves, dozens of plastic bottles stored in every room of the house.

On our side, to ensure your comfort, we make available to our tenants water reserves in the form of bottles, and we communicate the schedule of water towers. Thus, our tenants are not without water during the cuts.

“Excellent, séjour reposant !”

Les quelques jours passés Chez Cyrille ont été un moment de repos espéré : accueil chaleureux, appartement très bien équipé, très propre, la résidence (et sa magnifique piscine), est en plus sécurisée, tout a été parfait. Cyrille est très disponible pour nous renseigner, il souhaite que ses hôtes profitent au mieux, mais c'est sans difficulté car le site est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner face à la mer est à partager avec les petits oiseaux, inoubliable !
