Nice and comfortable 2-Bedroom cosy flat in Centre of Limassol ( by the beach ) with a great sea-view from the balcony of 7 th floor. Neapolis area (in between Debenhams and Alfa Mega superstores), Bus stop, shops & restaurants are close. Centre of the city, WI - FI, covered parking. 2 bedroom apartment with large veranda facing one of the best Mediterranean beaches it is great place to relax and enjoy your life in full! It is spacious and easily fits 5 people. Great location with easy access to everything.
It takes only 1-2 minutes walk to come from the apartment to clean and nice beach - one of the best in Limassol.
Welcome to our flat and to Cyprus!
The flat has a Separate Kitchen with balcony, includes a Refrigerator & Cooking Stove. Glasses, Plates, cooking Pots and all the basics are also available.
We provide clean Towels, shampoo, and body soap so you have more space in you luggage.
This is the area called Neapolis. Within 2 minutes walking from the flat you can find supermarkets, Pharmacy, bakery, Wine shop, various clothing shops, and places to eat.
It is a very safe area to be and the location is convenient for both directions either the Old Town or further into the Tourist Area. You can walk or take the Bus to both directions.
I'm always in touch by text messaging or calls to make sure guests have all the tips needed for a wonderful time.
Limassol is easy to go around.You can go from the Beach to the Mountains in about 30 minutes drive! The sea is always your starting point and then the direction is also easy to understand. The bus on the Sea Road passes constantly to take you from one edge of the seaside to the other.
