Cozy & relaxing fully furnished 1BR condo unit with spacious balcony located the The Residences at Commonwealth by Century, Don Antonio Drive, Quezon City. Good location area which is very near of walking distance to Ever Gotesco mall and the main highway of commonwealth avenue which give you unlimited access to all transportations (busses, jeepney's, FX's, and taxis) Also, the place is minutes away from SM Fairview, SM North and Trinoma.
As of the moment, the project is not fully constructed as other towers are still being constructed as well as the main amenity area of the project. But tenants could still enjoy a peaceful and relaxing activities in the rooftop of the Osmena West Tower as play are and function Hall are provided to the residents temporarily.
The place is very safe as it has 24/7 security.
The unit is fully furnished with ac unit, comfortable sofa with a 40" LED TV. The balcony have a direct access door from the bedroom and as well an access door from the living room. The balcony have a 2-seater coffee table for your relaxation and have the feel with the nature, as the place is situated near a golf course so even that you are still in the center of the city, you can still relax with green view of the nature. The kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs; built-in electric stove, range hood, 2-door fridge, cooking pots and pans, dinner wares & cutlery, microwave, electric kettle and rice cooker, with a 4-seater dining table. The place have a designated washing area with a washing machine. The bedroom has a very comfortable and relaxing queen size bed with complete linen and bedding, also a built-in wardrobe closet is at your disposal of use. From your room, you have an access door to the toilet & bath which is equipped with a hot & cold shower regulator. Towels and toiletries are provided.

The location is amazing and is Quiet and friendly staff. Shopping mall and bars nearby. Some establishments have free wifi. We'll visit again!
