Description

Relax ocean block in our spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo located on the second floor of the Hawaii Kai Condo complex. This center unit boasts a spacious living room with seating for 8 and 2 dining tables that can accommodate 10. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with top line appliances and granite countertops.

New to the unit are a stand alone wine cooler and new Keurig duo coffee station. The condo was repainted and re carpeted in 2019.

The building is serviced by a common elevator - accesded from the garage level only with a key fob.

The large pool deck is open daily 10am - 8pm and has access to a gas grill during those times.

Dedicated on site parking for 2 cars is included.

Your rental will include access to our private lockable outside storage closet for your beach equipment. In the closet there is a beach buggy and extra assorted beach equipment to use.

Bunk room has a twin bunk set and a twin bed.

Weekly Rental runs Saturday to Saturday.

2pm check in -- 10am check out.

Entire property and condo are SMOKE and PET free.

Sheets and towels to be supplied by renter.
