Located in the in the quiet area of Seminyak, 250meters from the famed JL Kayu Aya (Oberoi), also known as Eat Street. Within an easy walk to the beach, boutiques and cafes.
Our villa featuring 3 large bedrooms all with large en-suites bathroom, air conditioning, TV, DVD and large panorama windows overlooking private pool.
This villa offers total privacy and tranquility with no passing traffic.
As you walk into the villa you walk through the lush gardens past the pool area into a large open lounge and dining area which is adjoins a large fully equipped kitchen and bar area.
In the evening you can hear the sound of the waves from Ku De Ta Beach in the distance, whilst watching the spectacular sunsets from the pool and lounge dining areas.
Villa Eshina II Seminyak offering three bedrooms with individual ensuites in the heart of Seminyak. As you walk into the villa you walk through the lush gardens and pool area into a large semi open living and dining area and adjoin in a large fully equipped kitchen with bar area.
Additional amenities include: wi-fi internet connection, 3 bathrooms with all bathroom amenities such as mineral water, soap, shampoo, blow dryers and bath/pool towels etc,
Villa manager, concierge, butler, gardener and full time staff housekeeper., 3 bedrooms equipped with queen size double beds, air-conditioned, ceiling fans, wardrobes, satellite TV with DVD., fully equipped kitchen complete with 4 burning gas stove, refrigerator, water dispenser, electronic kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer, rice cooker, plate, cutlleries, relevant utensils, crockery and basic cooking ingredients., living area with l shape sofa., private swimming pool 4 x 8 meter and 2 sun loungers., large dining table with 6 chairs..

Response from the manager Thanks for the review, as they say, location location location :) With regard to the beach it is only 7 min walk, via back pretty lanes, with access next to Ku De Ta, so thank you for pointing it out and I am sorry that you were not made fully aware of how wonderfully close it is.
