Description
Church Elms Farm. A grade II listed period farmhouse in Woodchurch, Kent. near Tenterden. The property has 4x Bedrooms, a family bathroom and shower room plus two bedrooms have en suite. There is a private Tennis Court and Games Room (with limited heating). set in 2 acres of land on the outskirts of Woodchurch village. Surrounded by a cottage garden, it has an enclosed barbecue area. There is a wood burning stove in inglenook fireplace in lounge (logs included in stay). Please be aware there are some low beams at the property and a fenced off pond. No stag/hen or similar parties, family celebrations welcome. One small well behaved dog welcome +£25 and conditions.
