#The magic starts here! Stunning 3 bed 2 bath villa with excellent private pool and spa. Perfect for smaller families,couples or golfers. Child safety fence around the pool deck for your safety. Comfortable lounge area with wall mounted 50 inch Smart TV, DVD player, playstation 3. Also stereo system, phone and free WIFI throughout. Pleasant breakfast area, dining table and 4 chairs, plus seating for two at the breakfast bar. Kitchen has been upgraded (as well as the 2 bathrooms) with granite worktops and is fully equipped with many appliances and lots of crockery, utensils, cutlery, cups, mugs, glasses. Excellent games room added in 2016. Outside there is a large covered lanai with seating for 6 around a large table, plus 4 sun loungers to lie in the sun all day.3 lovely bedrooms, master with king size bed, double room with queen bed and twin beds in 3rd bedroom, to help you have a good night's sleep before another hectic day at the parks. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Family bathroom has bath with shower over. Highlands Reserve is a very quiet neighbourhood with a luxury 18 hole golf course, clubhouse, community swimming pool, tennis courts and childrens playground. Shops and restaurants are all within a short walking distance.

On investigation, it was found that a computer error on the arrival date had cleared this booking which was why the villa wasn't prepared properly. This was rectified as soon as possible, a partial refund was offered straight away and I am personally checking all bookings on the arrival dates to make sure this never happens again. If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
