Studio newly built 300 meters from the beach in the middle of Joaquina (river Tavares).
Located in safe street with sidewalks, close to the beach and Lagoa da Conceição.
The studio is airy with plenty of natural light:

The Joaquina beach is the most famous destination of Florianópolis and required of all visitors to the island of magic. Complete infrastructure for easy access, close to pubs, restaurants and main tourist attractions. The Lagoa da Conceição offers a lively evening with many bars and nightclubs to ensure pleasant moments during his visit.
Florianópolis is the capital city and second largest city of Santa Catarina state in the Southern region of Brazil. It is composed of one main island, the Island of Santa Catarina a continental part and the surrounding small islands.
Our neighbourhood, Rio Tavares, is friendly, safe and offers all the basic amenities such as ATM, coffee house, bakery, supermarket, restaurants (local seafood cuisine, Japanese, Italian, burgers, BBQ).
Public transportation is available just around the corner, with buses to the famous Lagoa da Conceição (15 min away), downtown (25 min away), and connect to beaches such as Mole, Barra Da Lagoa, Jurerê and so on.
Besides accommodation we offer guided tours to some of the best parts of Florianópolis.
Surf, kite surf, Stand Up Paddle, skate, cycling, running, are the most popular sports of the island accessible just a few steps away from our guest house. Water sports and Portuguese lessons can be arranged prior to your arrival.
