Description

This incredible one bedroom condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The Wyndham Canterbury at San Francisco is located at the heart of downtown San Francisco. This resort is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars at Union Square, an two blocks from the city's world famous car system. The car system can take you to the golden gate bridge, fisherman's wharf and chinatown. The resort has a fitness center, computer room with a pool table and foosball table.

The condo available for rent is a one bedroom condo. The condo comes with a partial kitchen with an electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator, cookware and dishes. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, flat screen tv and a bathroom. The living room has a couch that turns into a queen size sofa sleeper with a flat screen tv. Their is a complimentary laundry room on each floor of the resort building.

The Wyndham Canterbury at San Francisco resort front desk requires a credit card authorization of $150 upon check in.

The resort offers valet parking only for $52.00 per day.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. THE RESORT FRONT DESK REQUIRES TO PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING INTO THE CONDO TO BE 21 OR OVER. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

Response from the manager Thank you for your stay. There is no requirement to attend a sales presentation with our rentals. The resort does have a timeshare sales office and sometimes offers gifts to attend a sales presentation, but not required with the rental. It is your choice to go or not. How do damage deposits work?
