Description

Our home is located in the prestigious Lakeland Village Beach, Mountain and Ski Resort featuring 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 saunas, a fitness center and 2 lakeview tennis courts. Lakeland Village provides a serene beachfront setting with over 1 mile of sandy beaches. It's about a minute walk on the property to the beach. It's a short distance from our home to nearby

Casino's (1.5 mi) Heavenly Ski Resort, (1 mile), Shopping at specialty boutique stores (1.5 miles), and Restaurants.

Our townhome is a 4-bedroom 3-bath + loft bedroom three level townhome. The first level has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with an attached bath and flat screen tv (California King size bed). The second bedroom has two double size beds which shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which contains one queen size bed and a crib. The second level has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, and balcony. There is an additional one bedroom with a Queen size bed and a full bath on this level. The third level is the bedroom loft which contains 1 queen and 1 double bed.
