Enjoy soothing sounds and views of Ten Mile Creek (rafting river several months of the year), trout fishing right behind the back deck, directly on the bike path & steps to the city park.

Only a few minutes walk to Main Street, and all its great shopping / dining / bars with great HAppy Hours.

Getting the car at the Hertz in Denver airport was painfully slow, over an hour to get the car and had to see two agents before the car was available. But fast return, just had to park and go.
