When you go on vacation with your family or friends you can stay here at Sweetbay, a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a pool and spa. The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 King Master Suite with private pool entrance, 1 full size bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom with 2 twin beds) that can sleep 6 people comfortably. The living room area is wonderfully designed and furnished giving you a great home environment. Our home is nicely furnished and includes a game room with Foosball, Wii, and a pool table.

Aside from its strategic location this home is also fully equipped to provide you with all home needs. Sweetbay offers everything you may desire in a vacation home including a fully equipped kitchen, pool and beautiful decor. Sweetbay is a beautiful home on a large corner lot with privacy hedge providing complete privacy in the huge covered lanai overlooking the pool and spa. Arrange for optional pool heat by contacting owner. The pool is protected by a child safety fence. It can be accessed from the family room, master bedroom and the pool bathroom and can be viewed from all main living areas, ideal for keeping a safe eye on the kids. Sweetbay is the ultimate place to relax at the end of an eventful day in central Florida, ideal for families and couples.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
