Description

This new apartment is situated in the heart of Trastevere in Piazza della Malva. It offers its guests the maximum comfort in the Eternal City. It is the ideal accommodation for those wishing to indulge in the charm of Ancient Popular Rome, the area actually, is still dominated by beautiful cobbled streets, hidden squares, historic buildings, restaurants, cafes, craft shops and small boutiques.

The neighborhood is full of life, day and night and this makes of Trastevere the ideal destination for those who are seeking the true soul of the city, in addition to the monuments. Actually, Trastevere is still one of the most loved area of the city by the Romans as well as tourists who are visiting the Eternal City.

The apartment has been recently renovated and it consists of two beautiful, wide and bright double bedrooms (one room has also a single sofa bed), anteroom with a double sofa bed, a nice living room with sofa, tv and extendable table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathrooms with shower.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort including internet wifi, air conditioning, heating, washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, toaster, oven and microwave oven, kettle, Moka for Italian espresso coffee, fridge with freezer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen and towels.

The apartment is very quiet due to soundproof windows and due to the fact that it is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a typical ancient building.

Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, bars and pubs. The main tourist attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport, which is also at your fingertips. There are several bus / tram stops (walking distance) to reach other parts of the city.

For arrivals after 8:00 PM: € 20,00 surcharge and after midnight € 30 surcharge to be paid in cash on arrival.

Rome Tourist tax of € 5 per person, per day is not included in the rate and it must be paid upon check-in, in cash.

We don’t accept Pets and it’s not allowed to smoke.

On request we can arrange a transfer service from and to the airport at reasonable prices. Our trusted driver will wait for you at the arrival terminal with a sign with your name on it. By this service you will get the apartment in 30 minutes only, instead of 1h 30m by public transport!!!
