Nature préservée, calme et douceur de vivre sont les maître-mots de ce lieu.

Que vous soyez sportifs (possibilité de golf, équitation, natation, canoë kayak, accrobranche), amateurs de mets délicats (nombreux marchés de campagne, spécialité de foie gras, terrine, tourtière ou encore vin de cahors, vin liquoreux…), désireux de visiter des châteaux ou musées (château de Bonaguil, château de Biron, vieille ville de Bergerac…), ou que vous ayez tout simplement envie de vous poser en famille (piscine, tennis et jacuzzi à demeure) , cet endroit saura vous combler.

Si vous êtes plus nombreux, vous avez également la possibilité de louer la maison avec la grange rénovée qui comprend 2 chambres doubles supplémentaires (Annonce Maison de charme et ses dépendances).

La maison comprend 1 étage :

- au RdC : 2 chambres (lit de 180 cm) avec télé, 1 salle d’eau, 1 salon avec cuisine à l’américaine et bar, 1 canapé convertible 160cm (couchage journalier prévu)

- au 1er : accès par 2 escaliers indépendants à 1 grande chambre (1 lit de 180 cm ou 2 de 90 cm) contigüe à 1 petite chambre (lit de 90 cm) avec 1 salle d’eau, d’une part et d’autre part à 1 chambre (1 lit de 90 cm + 1 lit tiroir de 90 cm) et 1 salle d’eau.

A l’extérieur :

- barbecue

- Terrain de pétanques

- Table de ping-pong

- Piscine privative, nage à contre courant

- dans les dépendances, jacuzzi, cuisine d’hiver et auvent spacieux offrant la possibilité de se protéger du soleil.

Bernard, le gardien des lieux passe tous les matins pour entretenir la piscine, le jacuzzi et l'extérieur.

La maison fournit les draps et les serviettes de toilette.

Une buanderie offre tout l’équipement nécessaire : machine à laver et sèche-linge, fer et table à repasser.

Un coffre-fort est à votre disposition.

Équipement bébé gratuit sur demande : lit parapluie, chaise haute.

Sur la propriété : court de tennis (praticable mais pas en bon état)

Un ancien lavoir, ne pouvant être protégé, complète le charme de cette propriété.

Une borne électrique est disponible pour recharger votre voiture (facturation en fonction de votre consommation).

A noter:

- la proximité de la piscine, même avec une alarme, le jacuzzi et le lavoir nécessitent une surveillance permanente des enfants. Ceux-ci sont sous l’entière responsabilité du Preneur de la location ;

- l’alcool et le jacuzzi ne font pas bon ménage

- il est interdit d’utiliser des verres « en verre » dans le jacuzzi, des verres en plastique sont mis à disposition.

Pendant l'été, location à la semaine avec rotation le samedi.
