Description
Bellevue è una casa di campagna nei Castelli Romani non lontano dalle belle cittadine di Velletri e di Lanuvio. La posizione è strategica sia per visitare Roma, godendo della pace della campagna, sia per visitare i Castelli Romani , Ninfa, Cori, Norma e Sermoneta, il litorale laziale le Isole Pontine, I centri di attrazione Zoomarine, Rainbow Magic Land e l'Outlet di Valmontone.
La casa è contornata da 4000 mq di campagna con alberi da frutto, ulivi e può ospitare uno o piu nuclei familiari.
Una zona giorno che affaccia su un grande terrazzo con bellissimo panorama sulla campagna, i colli lepini e il litorale laziale ed è composta da una sala da pranzo con camino, un salone con camino con 1 divano letto matrimoniale, uno studio con un divano letto da una piazza e mezzo, una cucina e un bagno con doccia.
Una zona notte che affaccia su una campagna terrazzata con alberi ed è composta da due camere da letto matrimoniali, una camera da letto con 1+1 letto singolo, una cameretta con 2 letti a castello, due bagni di cui uno con vasca e uno con doccia.
Un grande gazebo in legno nel verde movimenta gli spazi esterni abitabili della casa che dispone anche di una piscina fuori terra di 8m di lunghezza (utilizzabile da metà maggio a settembre/ottobre) e di un tavolo da ping pong.
La casa è dotata di riscaldamento autonomo e di condizionatori nelle camere da letto matrimoniali ed è equipaggiata di tutti gli elettrodomestici (TV, Satellitare, Wifi, Lavastoviglie, Lavatrice, frigo etc..).
Le spese di pulizie finali (€ 12/persona con un minimo di € 50) e di riscaldamento (in base al consumo) sono da pagare in loco al check-out.

“quiet and relaxing spacious house”
We were a family of 5 over to attend a family wedding and picked Bellevue house for our stay, good decision. the house is up a quiet lane, private entrance, beautiful surroundings, lots of shrubs, trees and flowers. It was a joy to wake every morning and smell the jasmine that grows around the veranda while enjoying our morning esspresso . The beds were comfortable with fresh clean bed linens and extra duvets and blankets/rugs if needed, also lots of clean fresh towels for our use. We felt totally at home in Bellevue and were sorry that we had not booked for longer.
