Description
This property has it's own private L shaped pool with plenty of sunbathing area, and has a large terrace with a covered dining area and traditional BBQ. The villa stands in beautiful grounds with tropical plants and fruit trees, and has a good sized drive with a garage and car port for covered parking.
The terrace has been retiled in terracotta and the pool is now separated from the terrace by a pool fence and gate for those with children. There is an outdoor solar heated shower beside the pool.
Inside, the villa has been redecorated throughout and boasts three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining area.
We have air conditioning in the living room. One double bedroom has a mobile air conditioning unit, and the other rooms are equipped with fans. All the bedroom windows have mosquito screens so you can leave the windows open if you wish.
There is a newly refurbished bathroom with shower, bath and twin basins and a second toilet/cloakroom inside as well as an outside solar heated shower next to the pool.
There are sun loungers for the terrace and a seating area at the far end of the pool.
There is a covered outside dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the views over breakfast.
Close to wonderful sandy beaches (5 kms and less than 10 mins by car), you will find this beautiful well located 4 bedroom villa with private pool in a splendid quiet location on the outskirts of Oliva town (2.5kms to Tourist Info in Oliva town centre) near all amenities and with sea views. Ideal for the family holiday, and perfect for that romantic break for couples. Just a 15 minute drive from the popular Oliva Nova golf course.

“Large comfortable villa in great location”
We had a wonderful couple of weeks here . The villa is large and comfortable with everything you need for a family holiday. The pool is lovely and well maintained , the grounds are large with lots of shady areas and loads of fruit trees. The beautiful beaches of Oliva are just a 10 minute drive away and there are 3 or 4 supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. Loads of great restaurants within an easy 5-10 minute drive depending on weather you eat in town or at the beach . There is very reliable Wi-Fi and satellite tv .The communication with the owners was excellent from booking to arriving and they are close by and available should you need them … we loved it so much we are booking again for next year

“A truly lovely home from home well located with good facilities.”
The villa is well appointed and the owners very helpful from the original booking phase to being on line to answer any questions. Their home from home provides comfortable facilities and is well located close to the town, the beach and only an hour's drive from the airport. The focal point of the pool was a real plus and used every day. A great place to stay and worth return visits.

Como sabrá toda la costa mediterránea tiene el mismo problema con los mosquitos y no hay nada que se pueda hacer a parte de protegerse con algún repelente y tener telas mosquiteras en las ventanas para impedir su acceso en la casa, cosa que tenemos. En la montaña normalmente hay menos mosquitos pero este año ha sido una primavera lluviosa....
