Description

This incredible 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The Wyndham Nashville Resort is located about a mile away from the legendary Grand Ole Opry and the Opry mills outlet mall. Wyndham Nashville is close to many of the city's most popular attractions and about a 15 minute drive to downtown. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, basketball, picnic/BBQ area and live entertainment.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. Their is a Jacuzzi jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom varies from 2 double size beds or two twin size beds bed along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a balcony. Their is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. THE RESORT REQUIRES THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING INTO THE CONDO TO BE 21 OR OVER. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

“Great Spot”

Everyone there was very friendly and anytime I needed anything there were there within the hour. There were 2 follow up calls for every request which could get a little redundant but understand why they do it. My only complaint is we had trash sitting outside our door for a day and a half before someone picked it up.

How do damage deposits work?
