Located on the pristine waters of Sharbot Lake(60 kms north of Kingston, 20 minutes to Perth, an hour to Ottawa) on its' own private island, 400 meters offshore from free parking, 3 minutes from a very good grocery store, drug store, bank , post office and medical center; 6 minutes from beer and liquor stores, fast food and gas station, this 2500 sq. ft., 4 bedroom year round home is brand new with central air and geothermal heat and has stunning views (especially sunsets by the fire pit) and great amenities. The upstairs bedroom suite is 720 sq. ft. with its own 4 piece bathroom with steam shower and upstairs walkout covered balcony. Featuring a 7 person hot tub set into the largest of the three decks. New Napoleon BBQ. Pool table room with large widows and an airtight full glass door wood burning stove overlooking the lake, next to the granite and tile kitchen, large stove /oven and oversized fridge /freezer, large capacity washer and dryer, with hardwood floors throughout the house, walls and ceilings finished in knotty pine. Three bathrooms with two of them boasting steam showers with Jacuzzi tubs. There are 3 large screen TV’s with bell satellite with sports and movie packages and unlimited Wi-Fi. There is a canoe and paddleboat included. Great fishing and swimming and sunning off the 16’ by 32’ floating dock.

New Covid protocols in effect. If you are at all concerned with the safety of your booking, you may cancel at anytime without penalty of any kind within the dates specified onsite. These will adjust over time to cover all months necessary. Practice hand washing and social distancing as we do ourselves. Stay safe and shelter in place as we all must do our part. Follow our experts directions and orders. Once it is safe, we have extra staff to ensure complete alcohol wipe down including, but not limited to, taps toilets phones electronics door handles TV remotes light switches fan switches and all counter tops tables window openers BBQ and hot tub(and super chlorination) . When you arrive all windows will have been open since 8am until 430pm.

House rules

No Loud parties. No power drinking. No noise after 11 pm. I have neighbours. I hear from them, good or bad. Separate garbage and recycling. Cans and plastic go together. Glass cardboard and booze/beer are all separate. Be neat and tidy. An hour before you leave, open most of the windows. Place sheets and towels on floor by laundry pair and leave them. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
