Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for 3 families. Three master suites: two cal king beds with ensuites and one with a queen bed. Two children's rooms both with full over full bunk beds plus two living areas.
Partial open concept kitchen with dining and living area. Kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room has seating for 10 plus four additional seats at marble counter top bar. The home has upgraded carpet in two of the master suites and custom wood laminate flooring throughout the rest of the home.
Three beautifully upgraded bathrooms in the home. Two are ensuites and the other located in the hallway shared by the two children's room and one of the master bedrooms. The bathrooms have travertine and marble floors throughout. Custom raised panel cabinetry, travertine/marble counter tops and custom patterned travertine/marble showers.
All bedrooms have 43' plasma TV's with cable TV. Each living room has 50' TV's. The main living room has hi-speed wireless internet and free nationwide phone service.
The game room is located in the garage. Games include ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. There are also strollers, high chair, pack n' play and booster seat available for your infants and toddlers use. Queen size air mattress. Full-size washer and dryer. Rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
All furniture, furnishings new as of July 2013. Nice short walk to Disneyland & Disneyland tram. Home has central air and heat, watch Disneyland fireworks from the back/front yards.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME. (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined). Sleeps 13 in beds

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code you must be inside during this time.
