4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, comfortable living with heated pool and spa*; all within walking distance to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and the Kierland Golf Club!
This single family home offers 3 Kings, 2 XL Twins (that can also convert to a 4th King Bed) a Queen Pull-Out and a Queen Air Mattress; along with 2.5 baths on 2 levels. The Master is on the 1st floor. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably; and the air mattress could be used for a few additional if needed. Plenty of living and entertaining space inside and out. If you must do a little work, an office setup is located in the loft area with a printer; or you can use the free WIFI inside or out by the pool. If not, simply slip outside for a relaxing dip in the resort like backyard; equipped with pool, BRAND-NEW Spa and plenty of seating and dining area options with stainless BBQ.
3 car private garage, all linens and towels provided, wireless Internet, local telephone, cable TV, Master on 1st floor, 3 other bedrooms on 2nd floor. TV's available in EVERY bedroom as well as the main family room and additional living room relaxation area. Pack n' Play and High chair available upon request on 1st come 1st serve basis.
The dining table has an available extension to seat up to 10!
All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
Please note $300/week fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure at no cost.
***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth should cover it unless it is abused.
