Description
It is a prestigious building designed in the Hausmann era ideally located two minutes away from the Palais Royal and the Louvre, with the renowned shopping and restaurant district that surrounds. Access into the apartment is both easy and secure; two codes are needed to enter the building, and then it is only a short ride in the elevator to the fourth floor. Big balcony with a view on Louvre and Opera. The Metro is downstairs.
Upon entering the apartment the immediate impression is of space and light. An entrance gallery takes you through to a vast reception room of 50 square meters with 4 meter high ceilings and long windows looking out onto the bustling streets of Paris.However, whilst being in the center of this busy city, the apartment is still remarkably quiet, as the other floors in the building are occupied by offices, and street noise is cut out but its double-glazed windows. Thanks to the apartment’s tasteful decoration, which blends both old and new Parisian style, there is no doubt that you will be glad to return home after a busy day in Paris.

Response from the owner I am very sorry for the inconvenience and will do my best to improve all your points! My maid had a problem with Immigration and she spaced out on the toilette paper and had to send a replacement to do your laundry on one day. Usually she is very good. At the same time you were there for a week and you had 2 cleanings as i promised. It's every other day. i also always offer more if needed for the laundry but you didn't ask. About the space: i am sure the maid showed you all the drawers and closets, which we have a lot! I am very surprised you are mentioning this because we really have a lot of space to put and hang clothes. We have a central heating and at that time it was not on. We were afraid you will be cold and the maid put extra blankets and pleads in the closets, so maybe this gave you an impression of taken closets. Otherwise i will do my best to take your note into consideration!!
