This 4 bedroom 3 1/2 Bath House has ample sleeping options for every type of family/friend gathering and provides parking for several vehicles.

The newly installed heated pool with hot tub measures 40'x 16'. There is a Tiki hut right at pool side for visiting, Canal Side Beach area and Tiki between house and canal for the "Sand-Lovers", and a gas fire pit and sitting area for your parties enjoyment.

Brand new!!!!! 115' x 8' Dockage for your boats with 3 water wash down stations and electric 220v & 110v right on the dock with a brand new 4' Filet table w/ water for filleting your daily catch.

Professionally designed landscaping and palm trees throughout to give those looking for privacy and seclusion there own private "Oasis" in the Keys. and enjoy our "Privacy Nook" hammock area when you just need to get away from everyone for some peace and quiet.

with outdoor games including corn hole, Giant Chess/checkers

3 Ocean Kayaks for your Mangrove Exploring / minutes from Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park /Beach. Minutes by boat the Sombrero Reef for Amazing snorkeling or diving.......... and fishing of course.

Every bedroom is equipped with flat screen TVs. There is a game room with 50 inch TV and futon sofa with bean bag chairs.

Video Surveillance Disclosure: For the protection of our property, as well as the welfare of our guests, we have video cameras covering key outdoor "public view" areas: The area between the front of the house and the street is videoed. The side pet yard gate/Kayak storage area is videoed. and The canal dock and boat are videoed as well as inside the locked owners property room. There are no other cameras on the property. NO CAMERAS ARE LOCATED INSIDE THE RENTAL HOUSE, ON THE DECKS OR BALCONIES, AROUND THE POOL / HOT TUB AREA, OR ANYWHERE ON THE POOL SIDE OF THE PROPERTY OR IN ANY LOCATIONS CONSIDERED TO BE "AREAS OF PRIVACY" (AOP) the property manager will be happy to review all camera locations upon your arrival or at your request Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit funds.

This Amazing property can be your for a week with $1000 security deposit. There is a $300 cleaning fee and $150 pet fee applies (per pet).

After reading your review I was quite concerned with what the status of diving on sombrero reef might be as me and my son both enjoy diving the reef and have not been able to go ourselves since Irma Hit. So I personally called 3 local dive shops that we use and am happy to report that they are all running daily dive and snorkeling trips out to Sombrero Reef and informed me that the reef faired far better than most had originally expected and is by no means "unusable" (thankfully). All wanted me to tell all future guests to feel free to contact them directly; Captain Hooks, Halls Diving Center, and Tildens Scuba Center are all open for business and have daily dive packages that go out on Sombrero Reef and offer both diving as well as snorkeling packages.
