“Great escape”

Reviewed 31 Oct 2020

Lovely little cottage next to stables(Which were immaculate too). Very secluded with two pubs within walking distance, the black horse was lovely, open fire and delicious food. The kitchen was definitely the heart of the property, well equipped, (Including two fridges, that was a great addition), clean and a lovely cake on the table when we arrived. Both bathrooms had a roll top bath, shower and toilet. The bedrooms were a great size And very comfy beds. The lounge had books, a desk, a tv and video/dvd player, so definitely take some dvds with you for cosy nights in. If I could make a Little suggestion - a wine fridge for that room Would be a great addition, although my thighs enjoyed the benefit of going down stairs for a top up. The beach we reached in less than an hour and lovely walks close by. If you want to just get away, relax I would recommend. Amanda the host was lovely - all in all we had a great break, in a lovely Cosy and homely cottage. Kind regards, Laura
