Precious older home with heart of pine floors, gas fireplace, sun room, and all new appliances. Walking distance to the beach and casino. This home has a cozy cottage feel and has been upgraded with modern amenities including flat screen smart TV's, Wi-Fi, and free Netflix. Less than 1 mile from downtown Gulfport restaurants and bars and the harbor and Ship Island Excursion ferry! Private parking is located behind the home.

This home has such a cozy welcoming vibe. You'll feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. It has all of the charm of an older home and is beautifully decorated. The home may be older, but the amenities are up to date. New washer & dryer and appliances, Wi-Fi, free Netflix, and flat screen smart TVs.

Located close to everything Gulfport has to offer. Walk to the beach or casino, or take a short drive and enjoy local cuisine at one of the many downtown restaurants. Great for families as it is close to the harbor, park, splash pad and Ship Island Excursion ferry.

Getting around

Cruising down the beach is always fun for us. We love the fact that every day we drive "Down the Beach" to do every day tasks. There are several ways to accomplish this. You can use our CTA trolly or bus system, ask me if my bikes available, uber or hope in your own car for that wonderful ride with the windows down.

Interaction with guest

In my experience, most vacation rental owners are very hands off and usually are unavailable when unforeseen problems arise. I prefer to provide a more hands on experience for my guests. I generally will meet you at the home upon your arrival to personally introduce you to home. I operate a bed and breakfast across the street and also live nearby so I am always available if anything should come up or if you have a questions during your stay.

Jason was great. He had suggestions on things to do with kids. The house was really nice. It was close to the beach and a park with a splash pad for the kids within walking distance.
